Lijian CNC, established in 2005, commenced production and sales of three-station Busbar processing machines upon its founding. Through relentless technological innovation in R&D, Lijian has achieved remarkable breakthroughs in Busbar processing equipment.
Significant developmental potential remains in CNC busbar processing technology, with numerous technical bottlenecks yet to be overcome. Each technical challenge resolved by Lijian’s R&D team yields multi-fold improvements in processing capacity and precision. A recent breakthrough exemplifies this progress: our engineers successfully solved the "zero-scrap shearing" problem.
Technical Case Study:
Previous systems generated 8mm of scrap material per shear cycle. A standard 6-meter copper busbar could only yield five 1-meter segments, rendering the sixth segment unusable. Lijian’s innovation eliminates material waste entirely, enabling full utilization of 6-meter busbars to produce six precision 1-meter segments.
This milestone represents one of many technological advancements achieved through our 17 years of R&D expertise. With accumulated engineering proficiency and proven innovation capabilities, Lijian is positioned to drive further advancements in CNC busbar processing technology and contribute substantially to industry progress.
