Standardized Operating Procedures for Lijian Busbar Processing Machines
2025-09-30 11:25:32

Standardized operating procedures are central to ensuring busbar processing quality, equipment safety, and production efficiency. Based on the principles of "Safety First, Process Simplification, and Controllable Precision," Lijian Busbar processing machines have established standardized operating steps applicable to the entire Lijian series of integrated busbar processing machines (punching, shearing, bending). The specific steps are as follows:

I. Preliminary Preparation: Ensure Equipment and Material Readiness, Eliminate Safety Hazards
1. Equipment Check (Mandatory before startup)

  • Visual and Connection Inspection: Check the equipment body for deformation or looseness. Inspect power cables, hydraulic hoses, and air pipes for secure connections. If oil leakage or wire damage is found, immediately stop the machine and contact maintenance personnel (Lijian equipment comes with dedicated "Fault Tags" for quick identification of problematic components).

  • Parameter and Mold Inspection: Based on the specifications (material, thickness, dimensions) of the busbars to be processed, confirm that the molds are compatible (e.g., punching mold hole diameter, shearing mold blade size). Check the preset parameters (e.g., punching position, bending angle) on the equipment touchscreen for correctness. If adjustments are needed, use the "Parameter Edit" function. Save modifications to the corresponding program group (Lijian equipment supports memory for 100 program groups for easy future recall).

  • Safety Device Check: Test the effectiveness of the safety guard door and emergency stop button – the equipment can only start when the guard door is closed; pressing the emergency stop button must immediately cut power to the equipment, ensuring operational safety (Lijian equipment complies with GB 17120-2021 "Safety Technical Conditions for Metalforming Machinery," with a protection rating of IP54).

2. Material Preparation

  • Material Screening: Confirm that the busbar material (copper, aluminum) and thickness meet processing requirements. Check the busbar surface for scratches or oxidation layers. If surface oxidation is severe, polishing treatment is required first (to avoid affecting processing accuracy).

  • Material Cutting (if needed): If the raw busbar material is in whole coils or long strips, it must first be cut to the required processing length (error ≤0.5mm) using a Lijian-matched "Busbar Cutting Machine" to avoid shaking during processing due to excessive material length.

II. Processing Operation: Execute by Procedure, Monitor Quality in Real-Time
Lijian Busbar Processing Machines support continuous operation ("Punching → Shearing → Bending") or individual execution of specific procedures. Detailed operations are as follows:

1. Punching Procedure (using LJ-303ES as an example)
1.1 Place the busbar to be processed into the equipment's "Feeding Platform," adjust the positioning baffles on both sides so the busbar is flush against them (ensuring consistent feeding direction).
1.2 Press the "Feed Start" button; the equipment automatically feeds the busbar to the punching station. The touchscreen displays "Punching Ready."
1.3 Press the "Punch Start" button; the servo motor drives the punch down to complete punching (Lijian equipment uses "Cushioned Punching," where the punch descent speed is adjustable to avoid busbar deformation).
1.4 After punching, the equipment automatically feeds the busbar to the next punching position (if multi-hole processing is required). Repeat step 1.3 until all holes are processed.

2. Shearing Procedure
2.1 The punched busbar is automatically conveyed to the shearing station. The touchscreen displays "Shear Parameters Confirmation" (e.g., shear length).
2.2 After confirming the parameters are correct, press the "Shear Start" button. The hydraulically driven shear blades close to complete busbar shearing (Lijian's shearing mechanism uses an "Oblique Blade Design" for even shearing force, minimizing burrs; burr height ≤0.1mm).
2.3 The sheared busbar is sent to the bending station via the "Discharge Conveyor" or directly falls into the finished product bin (selected based on processing needs).

3. Bending Procedure
3.1 After the busbar is sent to the bending station, adjust the positioning blocks of the bending lower die to ensure accurate bending position.
3.2 Confirm the bending angle (e.g., 90°, 135°) and bending radius on the touchscreen, then press the "Bend Start" button. The bending upper die descends to complete the bend (Lijian equipment features "Angle Compensation"; if the initial bend angle deviates, it can be corrected using the "Fine-Tune" button, with precision up to ±0.5°).
3.3 After bending completion, the equipment automatically resets. Remove the busbar, check the bend angle and appearance. Confirm they are correct before placing it in the finished product area.

III. Post-Processing: Equipment Maintenance and Data Recording
1. Equipment Cleaning and Maintenance

  • After processing concludes, turn off the main equipment power. Use compressed air to blow away metal debris from the equipment surface and molds (preventing debris from affecting next processing accuracy).

  • Apply dedicated lubricating oil (Lijian provides matching lubricating oil, model LJ-801) to moving parts like guide rails and sliders to prevent component wear.

  • Clean the touchscreen and operation panel to prevent oil contamination from affecting operational sensitivity.

2. Data Recording and Traceability

  • In the "Production Record" interface of the Lijian equipment, export the processing data for this session (e.g., quantity processed, qualification rate, equipment running time). Enter this data into the company's production management system for subsequent quality traceability.

  • If anomalies occurred during processing (e.g., punching deviation, inaccurate bend angle), record the anomaly situation and the resolution method for reference in future operations.

Adhering to the above standardized procedures ensures the operational safety and processing quality of Lijian Busbar Processing Machines, while maximizing equipment service life and production efficiency. New users are advised to participate in the "Equipment Operation Training" provided by Lijian (combining online and offline methods) before operation to master the operational skills.
